  • Daily Assignment Grades
    • Go to the WISD website, click here...
    • Click on Student Portal
    • Log-on (use your network username/password), and access your grades
    • Click on the Student Portal link
    • Click on your First Name button
    • Click on Daily Grades
    • Use the grade information for a table in MS-Word
    • Open MS-Word, and create a table (4 columns and 9 rows)
    • Use the first row for headings
    • Column 1 Heading:  Period
    • Column 2 Heading:  Subject
    • Column 3 Heading:  Teacher
    • Column 4 Heading:  Grade
    • Format all 4 Column Headings as Times New Roman, Bold, Font Size 16
    • Center the Column Headings Vertically and Horizontally
    • Type your grade information in the table, and format the data as follows:
      • Column 1:  Column Width 1", and center data vertically and horizontally
      • Column 2:  Column Width 2",  and center data horizontally at the bottom
      • Column 3:  Column Width 2", and center data horizontally at the top
      • Column 4:  Column Width 1", align data using a decimal tab 0.5" from the right side of the table
      • Format your grade data as Times New Roman, Font Size 12
    • If necessary, delete any empty rows!!!
    • Add a NEW row at the bottom of the table.
    • In the new row, merge the 3 left-most cells, and type "AVERAGE" in the merged cell
    • In the empty cell, enter a formula that averages your grades (format formula with 2 decimals).
    • Center the table horizontally on the page
    • Apply the Table Grid 8 Table style to the table
    • Apply a dark blue, 1 1/2 pt. double-line border around all of the cells in the bottom row
    • Apply a 15% gray shading to all of the cells in the bottom row
    • Leave 3 blank lines underneath the table.
    • Underneath your table, type a paragraph explaining your grades.
    • Add a header, and PRINT
       
    • Choose the BCIS II class
    • Choose the 1st Six Weeks
    • Click on the "Get Report" button
    • View the list of assignments, and click on the PRINT button
